Our Client is a highly successful and growing commercial insurance agency located in Sussex County, NJ.  They are seeking  a licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with at least 3 years’ experience servicing commercial business.

General:

·         Candidates should be strategic thinkers who value honesty & Integrity with an absolute commitment to client care.

·         Responsible for servicing all aspects of an assigned book of commercial lines business.

·         Experienced in working with clients on a daily basis.

·         Experienced in rate-making and general knowledge of underwriting

Requirements:

·         Valid Insurance license.

·         Fluent in insurance terminology, insurance protection and its application for client needs, rating, and available Insurance markets.

·         Experienced in managing staff to efficiently handle workflow and daily problems.

·         Exceptional organization and time-management skills

·         Must be organized and be able to prioritize.

·         Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Highly self-motivated, positive attitude, innovative, reliable, high integrity and honesty, proactive problem solver

·         Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

·         Experienced with Applied Tam preferred

·         Professional Designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, AAI a plus

Compensation:

·         Experience based Compensation
