A premier legal team is seeking an attorney with 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills, legal writing abilities, and courtroom experience in complex business disputes.

Position Responsibilities:

Handle case strategy, research, pleadings, and motions
Conduct discovery, draft and respond to written requests, and prepare for depositions
Draft compelling briefs, legal arguments, and case summaries
Manage multiple litigation matters while working with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
Contribute to high-profile litigation and trial teams in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

2-6 years of broad commercial litigation experience at a top law firm
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
High level of initiative, motivation, and strategic thinking
Excellent academic credentials and experience in a large law firm environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary ($235,000 - $390,000) based on experience and location
