\nMinimize downtime with efficient, high-quality work
\nResponsibilities
\nService and repair air- and water-cooled chillers (screw, centrifugal, magnetic)
\nPerform teardowns, rebuilds, and major diagnostics
\nSupport system startups and commissioning
\nCommunicate with customers and complete service reports
\nFollow all safety and OEM procedures
\nRequirements
Must-Haves
12+ years of commercial HVAC experience
\n5+ years working directly with applied systems and chillers
\nSkilled with screw and centrifugal units
\nBased in the San Francisco area with a solid job history
\nStrong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
\nNice-to-Haves
\nFactory training or OEM certifications (Trane, York, Carrier, etc.)
\nCentrifugal teardown experience
\nEPA Universal, OSHA 10/30
\nBonus: controls or BAS knowledge
\nCompensation & Logistics
