We’re hiring a Remote Senior Plumbing Estimator to lead takeoffs and pricing for large commercial plumbing projects across the U.S.

Impact

Deliver accurate plumbing estimates that win major jobs
Support preconstruction teams with clear scopes and budgets
Help drive smart, competitive bids on high-value work
Be the go-to expert for plumbing cost analysis

Responsibilities

Perform digital takeoffs using FastPipe, Trimble, AutoBid, or similar tools
Review drawings and specs for large plumbing systems
Estimate labor, material, and equipment costs for $5M–$50M+ projects
Work with PMs and leadership to finalize bids and proposals
Maintain organized records, budgets, and historical data
Support value engineering and project handoffs

Requirements
Must-Haves

5+ years of plumbing estimating experience
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes
Proficient in takeoff software (FastPipe, Trimble, QuickPen, etc.)
Experience with large commercial projects (schools, hospitals, labs, etc.)
Strong communication and attention to detail
Based in the U.S. and comfortable working remotely

Nice-to-Haves

Prior field experience in commercial plumbing
Familiarity with Viewpoint, Maxwell Estimation, or similar platforms
Degree in Construction Management or related field
