Power Applications DeveloperHybrid or Remote (Must reside in city/state locations reference below)Our client, an established organization undergoing rapid growth and digital transformation, is investing in modern tools and technologies to drive operational efficiency across multiple business units. They are seeking their first-ever Power Applications Developer to help lead the modernization of internal tools and support a larger vision for tech-driven growth.

This is a highly visible opportunity to help lay the foundation for a scalable and secure internal applications environment—and to become a key player in the organization’s evolving IT strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and enhance custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, transforming legacy Excel- and Access-based tools into scalable, secure solutions.

  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain internal tools used across various teams; act as a go-to resource for app functionality and enhancements.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational workflows and translate needs into efficient, user-friendly apps.

  • Ensure integration and alignment with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services.

  • Collaborate with lean IT leadership to implement development best practices and drive consistency across the internal application stack.

  • Contribute to broader modernization efforts, including potential involvement in cloud migrations (e.g., Azure or Microsoft Fabric).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Application development.• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.• Strong understanding of data integration techniques and tools.• Experience with SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
