Power Applications DeveloperHybrid or Remote (Must reside in city/state locations reference below)Our client, an established organization undergoing rapid growth and digital transformation, is investing in modern tools and technologies to drive operational efficiency across multiple business units. They are seeking their first-ever Power Applications Developer to help lead the modernization of internal tools and support a larger vision for tech-driven growth.
This is a highly visible opportunity to help lay the foundation for a scalable and secure internal applications environment—and to become a key player in the organization’s evolving IT strategy.
Build and enhance custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, transforming legacy Excel- and Access-based tools into scalable, secure solutions.
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain internal tools used across various teams; act as a go-to resource for app functionality and enhancements.
Partner with business leaders to understand operational workflows and translate needs into efficient, user-friendly apps.
Ensure integration and alignment with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services.
Collaborate with lean IT leadership to implement development best practices and drive consistency across the internal application stack.
Contribute to broader modernization efforts, including potential involvement in cloud migrations (e.g., Azure or Microsoft Fabric).
3–5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Working knowledge of Power BI and core data architecture principles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive; understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating tools that improve workflow and efficiency.
Comfortable working independently in a lean team environment and interfacing directly with business stakeholders.
Bonus points for experience in cloud migration or exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
