This facility is one of this company's flagship sites - so you will have the attention of higher level people in the organization and advancement potential exists into regional management roles. The person for this role needs to be a strong leader and someone who likes to be out on the floor, working directly with operations and other hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance.

This person will have overall responsibility for this site - with 2 production managers and a small handful of others directly reporting. This role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Leadership background is important - should have managed a group of at least 30
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
