Position Title: Real Estate Litigator

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced and proactive Real Estate Litigator to join our innovative team. This pivotal role involves spearheading complex litigation cases, contributing to our growth and success in the New York City market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Legal Actions: Manage comprehensive real estate litigation cases, including property disputes, construction litigation, landlord-tenant issues, and zoning/land use conflicts.
• Research and Strategy: Perform thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and preparation.
• Document Preparation: Draft and manage essential legal documents for various court proceedings and settlements.
• Client Representation: Effectively represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of premier legal services.
• Case Management: Handle a substantial caseload with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience: At least 7 years of dedicated experience in real estate litigation or related civil litigation.
• Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of federal and state litigation laws, real estate regulations, and contractual matters.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; exceptional organizational abilities.
