Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex commercial disputes involving:
• Commercial leases and contracts
• Real estate joint ventures and title disputes (ownership, priority, boundaries)
• Construction and development-related litigation
• Condominium and cooperative management disputes
• Bankruptcy litigation and creditor representation
• ADA and human rights litigation in real estate contexts
• Represent clients in both New York State and Federal courts, including bankruptcy courts
• Advise clients throughout all phases of dispute resolution, from negotiation and mediation through trial and appeals
• Deliver results in high-profile cases involving substantial monetary and strategic stakes
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice growth

Candidate Profile:

• JD with honors from a reputable law school
• Admitted to practice in New York and relevant federal courts
