Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Account Executive to expand our aviation sales footprint across Europe. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving strategic growth across our portfolio of aviation assets—including aircraft parts, landing gear, APUs, engines, and aircraft.

You will play a key role in analysing market trends, developing strategic sales plans, and representing our brand at industry events. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team and contribute to the continued success of Regional One and its joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, OEMs, MROs, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Promote the full range of Regional One products and services across European markets.
  • Manage client portfolios, providing market intelligence on pricing, fleet activity, and maintenance campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with company targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing materials and brand visibility.
  • Represent the company at European and global trade shows and industry events.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, ensuring budget targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market strategy and business development approaches.
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts and support initial provisioning packages for new aircraft platforms or fleet expansions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience in aviation or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-level relationships across diverse markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with contract management and understanding of commercial agreements.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Extensive industry network and ability to engage with senior stakeholders (airlines, OEMs, lessors, lenders, government bodies, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Must be EMEA based, with EU citizenship.

Preferred Characteristics

  • Multi-lingual: Proficiency in English and at least one other European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian).
  • Regional aircraft background: Experience working with regional aircraft platforms and related components.
