Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue within your assigned territory.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, and in-person meetings.

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and demos that align with client needs and business objectives.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal to contract negotiation and close.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting within the company’s CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS sales.

  • Experience selling CRM or business productivity software is highly preferred.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales approaches.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
