Recruiting Coordinator – Pittsburgh, PA

About the Opportunity

Our client, a dynamic and people-focused organization headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing HR and Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full interview scheduling process across multiple departments and hiring managers.

  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

  • Post open positions, screen resumes, and support initial candidate outreach as needed.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, offer letters, and related documentation.

  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, and other employer branding initiatives.

  • Partner with the recruiting team to identify process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition (corporate or agency environment).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.

  • Experience working in an ATS or HRIS system (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar preferred).

  • Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn within a growing HR team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).

  • Bonus potential based on performance.
