Our client, a dynamic and people-focused organization headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing HR and Talent Acquisition team.

Coordinate the full interview scheduling process across multiple departments and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Post open positions, screen resumes, and support initial candidate outreach as needed.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with new hire onboarding, offer letters, and related documentation.
Support recruiting events, career fairs, and other employer branding initiatives.
Partner with the recruiting team to identify process improvements and best practices.
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition (corporate or agency environment).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
Experience working in an ATS or HRIS system (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar preferred).
Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn within a growing HR team.
$80,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).
Bonus potential based on performance.
