Location: Lansing, MI

Salary: 75k - 125k (depending on experience/may vary)

Our highly motivated client in the Greater Lansing Area is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator that will serve as the leader of our clinical pharmacy program and services, driving excellence in pharmaceutical care and fostering a culture of innovation within the healthcare setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain clinical initiatives, lead a dynamic team, and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain drug policies that support optimal pharmaceutical care and promote cose-effectiveness for all patients.
Assess, develop, coordinate, implement and maintain clinically relevant tools to support clinical programs and services.
Assist the Director of Pharmacy in creating an annual clinical plan.
Evaluate, monitor, recommend, and design patient-specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens.
Participate in pharmacy activities to ensure the safe, effective, appropriate and economical use of medications, improving continuity of care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Registered Pharmacist in the State of Michigan
Pharmacy degree, BS or PharmD
3 years of relative experience. Hospital pharmacy preferred
ASHP membership preferred
PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency or fellowship in pharmacy practice preferred

Education:

Bachelors in Pharmacy / BS
