Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator

Location: Lansing, MI

Salary: 75k - 125k (depending on experience/may vary)

Length: Long-Term, Full-Time

Our highly motivated client in the Greater Lansing Area is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator that will serve as the leader of our clinical pharmacy program and services, driving excellence in pharmaceutical care and fostering a culture of innovation within the healthcare setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain clinical initiatives, lead a dynamic team, and contribute to improving patient outcomes. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and maintain drug policies that support optimal pharmaceutical care and promote cose-effectiveness for all patients. 
  • Assess, develop, coordinate, implement and maintain clinically relevant tools to support clinical programs and services. 
  • Assist the Director of Pharmacy in creating an annual clinical plan. 
  • Evaluate, monitor, recommend, and design patient-specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens. 
  • Participate in pharmacy activities to ensure the safe, effective, appropriate and economical use of medications, improving continuity of care and outcomes. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Registered Pharmacist in the State of Michigan
  • Pharmacy degree, BS or PharmD
  • 3 years of relative experience. Hospital pharmacy preferred
  • ASHP membership preferred
  • PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency or fellowship in pharmacy practice preferred

Education:

Bachelors in Pharmacy / BS
