Job Duties:

1.      Core Responsibilities  

a.   Act as a liaison between the clinical team and Clinical Director.

b.   Communicate regularly with the director team on projects, deadlines, and tasks.

c.    Monitor and report progress on assigned tasks with Directors.

d.   Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

e.   Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

f.    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

g.   Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

h.   Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

i.     Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

j.     Exercise great time management skills.

k.      Provide data to PIT team on assigned topics.

l.     Supervise the Program Manager:

                                                    i.     Support program manager.

                                                   ii.     Attend training meetings for program monitors as needed.

                                                  iii.     Review trackers and analyze data produced by the program monitors.

m.    Supervise the Clinical staff:

                                                    i.     Support the clinical team.

                                                   ii.     Liaise with the clinical consultant.

                                                  iii.     Review FIN to monitor productivity of clinical team.

                                                  iv.     Liaise with CMH on programing.

                                                   v.     Maintain clinical tracker.

                                                  vi.     Attend clinical staff meetings and clinical rounds.

                                                vii.     Hire, train, and mentor clinical staff

                                               viii.     Review plans.

                                                  ix.     Complete record review.

                                                   x.     Attend meetings with CMH, guardians, and residents as necessary.

 

 

2.     Effective Teamwork & Communication

a.      Maintain a positive, open relationship with all management and staff.

b.      Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock Manor residents’ rights.

c.      Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.

 

3.       Requirements

a.      3+ years of management experience in a clinical setting (Required)

b.      Master’s degree in a clinical field (preferred).
