Medical Receptionist - Grand Blanc, MI
 
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist for a permanent position to be the first point of contact for a busy practice in Grand Blanc. 
In this role, you'll handle patient check-in and check-out, schedule appointments, manage multi-line phones, verify insurance, and process co-pays - all while delivering exceptional customer service. 
 
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
 
What You'll Do: 
  • Greet patients with professionalism and care
  • Manage phones, scheduling, and patient flow
  • Verify insurance and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clerical tasks
 
What We're Looking For: 
 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
