Job Description:

  • Seeking associates with 4+ years of experience for the Labor & Employment management-side team in San Diego.
  • On site position
  • Ideal candidates are employment litigators with strong academic backgrounds.
  • Must have knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related legislation.
  • Experience in case preparation for employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts is required.
  • Ability to independently handle responsibilities such as attending hearings, drafting and responding to discovery, and preparing motions for federal and state court.
  • Expected to manage cases through to trial.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in employment litigation.
  • Looking for someone that received there JD between 2016-2018
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Graduated from a 100 LAW SCHOOL
  • Proficient in State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related laws.
  • Experience in case preparation for employment matters.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal guidance.
  • Strong skills in attending hearings, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
