The Auto Dealership Relationship | Lending Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealership-based indirect auto lending. With 10-15 years of lending and relationship management experience, this individual will lead the growth, development, and maintenance of a high-performing dealer network that aligns with the Bank’s lending standards, compliance requirements, and profitability objectives. The role focuses on building and managing strategic dealership relationships, optimizing loan origination processes, ensuring credit quality, and delivering superior service to both dealers and borrowers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years of progressive experience in auto lending, dealer relationship management, or indirect lending.
Deep knowledge of auto finance industry trends, indirect lending programs, and regulatory requirements.
Proven success in developing and managing high-performing dealership networks.
Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting principles, and portfolio risk management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams and driving results.
Proficiency in lending systems, loan origination software, and data analysis tools.
