Seeking an experienced and driven PBM Sales Executive to lead new business development and client acquisition efforts nationwide. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new employer group clients and broker relationships for our Pharmacy Benefit Management solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of PBM operations, self-funded health plans, and healthcare cost-containment strategies, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. and offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of proven sales experience in PBM, healthcare benefits, managed care, or health technology.
Deep understanding of PBM products, pricing models, formulary management, and rebate structures.
Strong existing relationships with brokers, consultants, TPAs, or employer benefits decision-makers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a high degree of independence and accountability.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or events.
