Seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) tol serve as a trusted advisor to multi-unit manufacturing and retail operations leaders, providing strategic and hands-on HR support that aligns with business objectives and strengthens the teammate experience. This individual will partner closely with plant and store leaders to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness while championing company values and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively support a diverse workforce and ensure consistent communication across locations.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on retail, manufacturing, or automotive environments.
  • Proven success in managing HR for multi-unit locations.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience in unionized environments, including labor relations and contract interpretation.
  • Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and drive continuous improvement in complex, fast-paced environments.

This role will sit HYBRID in either Minneapolis, MN or Bloomington, MN
