PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT LOCATION: OH, WV, PA JOB PURPOSE The Project Superintendent is responsible for the safety, quality, efficiency, and timeliness of the project.  This position will provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, including material, equipment, subcontractors, and labor.  While there are specific responsibilities and expectations described below, it is essential that the Project Superintendent be organized, possess good judgment skills, communicate effectively, and have technical knowledge of earthwork, drainage, structural concrete, drilled shafts, etc.  DUTIES &

Compliance Specialist Audits records, monitors contractor utilization, and ensures timely payments to subcontractors. Investigate non-compliance violations, disputes, and contractor status within diversity programs, recommending resolutions as needed. Solid knowledge of procurement processes, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), contracts, agreements, and payment terms related to goods, services, construction, and consulting, particularly in the context of MWBE programs. Good communicator Good presenting skills/ client facing experience. Compensation- $75K-$85K base.
