Talent Learning and Development Manager 
Location: Downtown Houston - Onsite, Beautiful Offices

You will enable business growth in a high-performing culture by supporting and implementing talent programs and initiatives that attract, grow, and retain top talent. This individual should have a passion for developing programs and practices supporting wide range of employees (technical, field, back office, high potential, management, and early career). 

This position reports to the Director, Human Resources and will be involved in organizational- wide projects and initiatives.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of learning and development principles including familiarity with technology-based learning, skill development, and change management
  • Able to establish and maintain collaborative internal and external partnerships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment with proven history of establishing priorities and achieving results
  • Excellent customer service skills to resolve conflict and solve problems with ease
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Engaging presenter and public speaking skills
  • Strong skills developing presentation in MS PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree strongly and / or SHRM SCP certification, preferred.
  • Ideal candidate has 10+ years of Human Resources experience
  • 3 – 5 years of talent, learning, and development experience regarding deployment, selection, and design of programs (specifically performance management), preferred.
