What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving business development and sales efforts to expand remediation projects nationally, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating closely with operations leadership and estimators to align project execution with strategic growth goals
  • Overseeing the bidding process to ensure competitive and profitable proposals
  • Engaging with regulatory agencies and staying informed on industry trends
  • Providing executive leadership and vision to guide the remediation team’s future direction, including mentoring key staff and fostering cross-department collaboration

 

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in remediation, environmental engineering, or civil construction, with a strong understanding of both operations and business development
  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in estimating and project execution
