Job Description:

• Manage all stages of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources, emphasizing value engineering.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Conduct contract negotiations and define project scopes.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and team members.
• Utilize construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project) for project tracking and management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in residential wood-frame construction.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management tools.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
