Job Summary:

We are seeking a proven Site Engineering & Projects Lead to direct engineering, capital projects, and process safety initiatives at our PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing facility. This role will manage a multidisciplinary team and oversee technical operations, reliability improvements, and regulatory compliance efforts, while collaborating closely with operations, maintenance, and corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

--Lead all site engineering, project management, and process safety functions.

--Manage and develop a team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff.

--Oversee capital project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

--Ensure regulatory and PSM program compliance, including PSI, PHA, MOC, and incident investigations.

--Serve as the site’s technical authority for engineering standards, safety codes, and best practices.

--Collaborate with plant operations and maintenance to improve plant reliability and operational performance.

--Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and corporate partners.

--Manage department operating and capital budgets.

Qualifications:

--BS in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred); advanced degree a plus.

--10+ years of leadership experience in PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing.

--Familiarity with ASME, API, and regulatory codes.

--Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

--Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

--Ability to travel as needed for corporate and multi-site projects.
