Program Management Costs / ULO Senior Manager

Location: RemoteClearance: Must hold at least an interim Secret clearance

Job Description:Lead audit readiness efforts for Program Management Costs and Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) within the AAT E&DL. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading team members and sprint-based audit remediation efforts

  • Conducting walkthroughs and risk assessments

  • Drafting RACMs and process documentation

  • Performing Tests of Design and Effectiveness for key controls

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in audit remediation and risk/control design

  • Team leadership and Agile project delivery skills

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Minimum Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM

  • 6 years of experience with federal financial management

  • 3 years of federal accounting experience

  • Current CPA license (preferred)
