About the Role

A well-established behavioral health group is expanding its Psychiatry Team in the Pittsburgh area and is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adults and seniors

  • Diagnose and treat a range of behavioral, emotional, and mental health conditions

  • Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams

  • Make medication and therapeutic treatment recommendations

  • Provide consultation to facility staff and collaborate on behavioral strategies

  • Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania with a Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP)

  • Experience or interest in working in geriatric or long-term care settings

  • Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, and team collaboration skills
