The Role
As a Backend/Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

Design, implement, and maintain robust backend systems.

Work on large-scale data pipelines, search, and infrastructure problems.

Build APIs and services that transform complex financial data into intuitive tools.

Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure, including deployments within enterprise environments.
Qualifications
Experience:
-
4–8 years of backend-focused engineering experience, ideally in high-growth startups.

Experience architecting and building scalable systems handling mission-critical transactions.

Exposure to infrastructure, deployments, and security considerations.

Strong GitHub or portfolio demonstrating technical work.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in TypeScript and Python.

Experience with elastic, search, or large-scale data pipelines.

Comfortable working across backend and infrastructure tasks.
Soft Skills:

Intellectually curious, confident, agentic, and collaborative.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Nice-to-Haves

Prior experience as a technical founder or at VC-backed startups.

Familiarity with financial services or enterprise deployments.
