We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, evidence-based care within a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive primary and family care services to patients across the lifespan while promoting health education, disease prevention, and overall wellness.

\nPerform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
\nManage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
\nProvide preventive care, health counseling, and education on wellness and lifestyle management.
\nAdminister immunizations and injections, including but not limited to influenza, COVID-19, TB, and Depo-Provera.
\nEducate patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sexual practices.
\nParticipate in clinic operations such as opening/closing duties, patient scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
\nComplete all charting and documentation during clinic hours using electronic medical record systems.
\nEncourage patients to take an active role in their own health management through ongoing education and follow-up.
\nCoordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure continuity of care.
\nActive and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Rhode Island.
\nMaster’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
\nNational Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent.
\nMinimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or related outpatient settings.
\nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification (including CPR and AED).
\nAbility to complete DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
\nMust be able to pass a respirator FIT test and wear a mask when required.
\nEMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred).
\nBilingual skills (Spanish preferred, not required).
\nPrior experience providing family or retail health care in an autonomous setting.
\nFamiliarity with evidence-based clinical guidelines and quality metrics.
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
\nCompetitive hourly pay range: $45.00 – $100.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
