Legal Marketing Manager

Schedule: Hybrid | Full-Time | Exempt | Immediate Start

Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 annually (estimated based on market trends and firm size)

With ongoing expansion across corporate and transactional groups, the firm is investing in strategic marketing leadership to support continued client development and brand strength.

Description:

This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal or professional services environment. As Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will oversee marketing strategy and execution for several legal practice groups, including a nationally recognized dental law center. The role combines campaign management, content strategy, attorney branding, and digital marketing with execution and delivery in furtherance of generating leads and elevating the firm's brand and visibility. If you enjoy balancing creative thinking with detail-driven execution, this is an exciting chance to own initiatives from idea through ROI. The role will include supporting and collaborating with attorneys on marketing materials, bitches and professional profiles, implementing SEO strategy for the firm at-large and heading email marketing campaigns and social media schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional services marketing experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills and deadline accountability
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Proficient in WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Suite
  • Experience with Customer Relation Modules such as HubSpot, Zoho, Monday, Salesforce etc. is a plus
  • Confident building relationships with vendors, designers, and media professionals
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand consistency and client value
