Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Emerson DeltaV
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Emerson DeltaV systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning of automation solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to automation processes, system configurations, and safety protocols.
• Participate in P&ID, HAZOP and other design reviews
• Prepare high quality instrumentation and controls documentation
• Complete as-built drawings and support the project after start-up

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, with a focus on Emerson DeltaV
• Strong programming knowledge in one or more of the following platiforms: Emerson DeltaV and Rockwell Automation systems
• Knowledge and experience in communication protocols such as DeviceNet, Modbus, etc.
• Drawing Reviews (Control Narratives, Shutdown Key, Alarm Lists, etc)
• Participate and/or facilitate HAT, FAT and SAT activities.
• Experience with safety instrumented systems (SIS) and functional safety standards
• Proficiency in networking and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
