Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to join their team. This role is integral to their operations, providing essential support in managing communications and administrative tasks. They offer a supportive environment with straightforward tasks and comprehensive training on all necessary procedures. 100% Remote Supporting US Timezones

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communication:
    • Contact insurance companies and clients via email and phone to follow up on payments.
    • Identify and resolve issues by obtaining missing information, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication in fluent English.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform basic updates to spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
    • Handle miscellaneous tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to new duties.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must speak and write English fluently with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and other standard office technology. Training will be provided for specific tools and processes.
  • Comfortable with learning new tasks and technologies as needed.
