Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project & Executive Operations Manager to support their CEO in both daily operations and high-impact initiatives. This unique hybrid role combines executive support with project management, ensuring the CEO’s calendar and inbox are streamlined while also driving key projects forward with efficiency and precision.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel with foresight and attention to detail
Act as gatekeeper and liaison, managing a high-volume inbox and prioritizing communications
Draft and respond to emails, prepare meeting materials, and take clear action-oriented notes
Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling or communication conflicts before they arise
Project Management
Oversee and track progress on key strategic and operational projects led by the CEO
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives on time and within scop
Identify bottlenecks and propose creative solutions to keep projects moving smoothly
Create systems, processes, and dashboards to manage project updates and accountability
Follow up on action items from leadership meetings to ensure timely execution
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar hybrid role
Proven experience managing executive calendars and inboxes with a high level of discretio
Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Trello/ClickUp, and Zoom
Excellent communication and follow-up skills—written and verbal
Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
