We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care that will help change patient's lives for the better at the comfort of their homes. 

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination and body alignment, to relieve pain and to improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

-Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain in a home setting.

-Manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities.

-Restore, maintain, and promote optimal wellness and fitness, and optimal quality of life as it relates to health.

-Prevent onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from disease, disorder, condition, or injury.

-Perform tests and measures to identify problems.

Qualifications

-1 year of relevant experience

-Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California

-Attention to detail

-Dexterity

-Interpersonal skills
