As an Industrial Sales Engineer, you will lead all direct sales activities related to cultivating new business relationships and closing long-term contracts associated with patented mobile treatment and remediation technologies for PFAS removal in groundwater, wastewater, and contaminated soils within the industrial marketplace.

Essential Job Functions include:

 

·       Lead direct sales efforts for mobile PFAS remediation solutions targeting industrial chemical manufacturers and environmental EPC firms throughout the US. 

·       Create detailed prospecting strategies, develop leads, prepare target account lists, and conduct sales calls to key decision makers within the industrial sector.

·       Prepare short-term and long-term sales goals for company products and technologies. 

·       Leverage existing industrial relationships, environmental consultants, and engineering firms, as needed to identify key decision makers.

·       Collaborate with in-house technical experts to define customers’ requirements, develop commercial proposals, and lead the closure of new business in a team selling environment.

·       Record all prospecting and account management activity in central CRM database.

 

Qualifications and Experience Required: 

 

  • B.S. in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or other related technical field.
  • 5+ years of Technical Sales or Business Development experience selling industrial water treatment or environmental remediation products or services.
  • Prior capital equipment sales or leasing experience with fixed-base or mobile trailers of membrane filtration (RO, UF, MMF, MBR) or ion exchange (DI, IX, EDI, EDR, GAC) technologies is a plus.
  • Must be creative, innovative, and work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.

 

Compensation includes an attractive salary commensurate with experience, uncapped commission incentives, excellent medical/dental benefits, paid time off, and the flexibility of working remotely from your home office, ideally located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
