We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations and help guide key business decisions. What You’ll Do

Plan & Analyze: Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decisions.

Report with Clarity: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights leadership can act on.

Ensure Accuracy: Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll.

Stay Compliant: Ensure financial processes align with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations,

ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of BG Products. This role will play a

key part in managing inventory, multiple warehouse locations, optimizing workϐlow, and

ensuring the highest level of safety and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB TASKS:

▪ Oversee daily warehouse operations in Breinigsville, including receiving, storage,

order fulfillment, and shipping of BG Products.

▪ Ensure accurate inventory management by implementing effective tracking and

control measures.

▪ Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and

performance feedback.

▪ Develop and maintain efficient workϐlow processes to optimize warehouse

efficiency and productivity.

▪ Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all

employees.

▪ Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely and

accurate delivery of products.

▪ Implement and oversee warehouse management systems and software for

streamlined operations.

▪ Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse

performance metrics.

▪ Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

▪ On a quarterly basis, visit and complete physical inventory counts at New York, New

Jersey North, and New Jersey South warehouses. One warehouse should be visited every

month.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Attends weekly management meetings. Holds daily warehouse staff huddles. Attends sales

team meetings. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or

distribution industry.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent organizational and time management abilities.  Proficiency in warehouse management software (Acumatica) and inventory control

systems.  Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.  Ability to analyze data and generate reports.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
