We are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to oversee and coordinate all instructional interventions and supports funded through the Learning Recovery Emergency Block Grant (LREBG). This is a non-student-facing leadership position focused on program oversight, staff development, and data-driven strategies to close learning gaps for targeted student groups. The role ensures alignment with the LREBG Plan, Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), and state accountability standards.

\n\n\nProgram Leadership & Coordination
\nOversee implementation of all instructional interventions under the LREBG plan.
\nDevelop and manage program schedules to ensure timely delivery of services.
\nSupervise instructional assistants delivering interventions in foundational literacy and math.
\nEnsure effective allocation of staffing, materials, and resources.
\nAlign grant strategies with LCAP goals and schoolwide improvement initiatives.
\nInstructional Planning & Support
\nDesign and guide evidence-based intervention strategies for targeted student groups using assessment data.
\nProvide coaching and professional development for staff on instructional best practices.
\nManage procurement and distribution of program materials and resources.
\nData Monitoring & Accountability
\nEstablish systems for continuous data collection and analysis to measure program impact.
\nMonitor student progress using assessments such as MobyMax and other performance indicators.
\nPrepare compliance documentation, expenditure tracking, and required grant reports.
\nProfessional Development & Collaboration
\nLead targeted professional development aligned with grant objectives.
\nCollaborate with administrators, teachers, and support staff to integrate interventions with core instruction.
\nRepresent the program in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
\nCompliance & Reporting
\nEnsure full compliance with grant requirements and applicable state regulations.
\nMaintain detailed documentation of all program activities and outcomes.
\nProvide regular updates to administration and governing bodies as needed.
\nKnowledge Of:
\nLREBG and California Education Code provisions.
\nAcademic intervention design and delivery.
\nStrategies for supporting English Learners, students with disabilities, and underserved populations.
\nData collection and progress-monitoring tools (e.g., MobyMax).
\nProfessional development planning and facilitation.
\nAbility To:
\nLead and coordinate complex educational initiatives.
\nAnalyze data to drive instructional improvements.
\nCoach instructional staff effectively.
\nCommunicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred).
\nValid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
\nProven experience in instructional leadership, intervention coordination, or program management.
\nStrong background in data-driven instruction and professional learning facilitation.
\nDOJ and FBI background clearance.
\nNegative TB test.
\nPay: Competitive and based on verified, full-time experience per board-approved schedule (non-negotiable).
