\nAs a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing operations. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment, minimizing downtime while supporting continuous improvement and capital expansion efforts.
\nThis is a primarily 3rd shift position.
\n\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and machinery.
\nPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
\nUse the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to input and retrieve maintenance data and reports.
\nSupport capital projects, expansions, and equipment installations as needed.
\nUphold 6S and safety standards across all maintenance activities.
\nProvide leadership or supervisory coverage as required.
\nWork occasional weekends or alternate shifts based on plant needs.
\nDiagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using appropriate test equipment and tools.
\nPlan and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures per specifications and code.
\nConnect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
\nTest systems and components using devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, meggers, or oscilloscopes.
\nInspect systems to identify hazards, defects, or compliance issues and recommend corrective action.
\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
\nSafely perform work from ladders, scaffolds, or elevated areas.
\nCommunicate effectively and provide feedback to management on equipment status or hazards.
\nMinimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience required.
\nAssociate degree (two-year) in Electrical or Instrumentation Technology preferred.
\nMust achieve a passing grade on a general electrical aptitude test.
