The HR Generalist plays a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. You will partner with leadership across the business to identify talent needs, create and manage individual development plans, and ensure strong alignment with overall organizational development goals. Reports to the President.

Essential Job Functions and Expectations:

· Development Strategy and Alignment:

    • Collaborate with leadership to translate organizational development goals into actionable individual development plans.
    • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps for both individuals and teams. Maintain an overall company database for past and future training and developmental plan.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive talent development framework, including programs like mentorship, onboarding and leadership development initiatives.
  • Performance Management Integration:
    • Partner with managers to design performance review processes that seamlessly integrate with individual development plans and employee career aspirations.
    • Analyze performance data and provide insightful feedback to both managers and employees on progress towards established development goals.
    • Champion development opportunities for employees based on performance reviews and individual needs.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
    • Responsible for attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talent, with a focus on long-term development potential.
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs that effectively integrate with individual development plans.
    • Design and deliver programs that enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring alignment with career development opportunities.
    • Screen, evaluate, and eventually coach team on personality profiles.
    • Attend career fairs and other recruitment functions to represent the company and recruit future employees.

    • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with leadership, managers, and employees across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Possess strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant HR policies, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent development programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, personality profiles, and instructional design.
  • Experience with performance management systems and integrating them with development plans.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
