💼 What You Bring

• 3+ years of successful sales or BD experience in the construction industry (any sector).

• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• A passion for growth — yours and the company’s.

• Willingness to travel ~30% across the Southeast.

• Based in (or open to relocating to) Greater Charleston, SC.

Bonus points for experience calling on production builders, though not required.
