What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead & Mentor – Manage a high-volume AR team, driving performance, accuracy, and compliance.🔹 Optimize & Automate – Implement lean principles and ERP-driven efficiencies to streamline processes.🔹 Own Key Financials – Oversee AR aging, credit approvals, collections, and month-end close.🔹 Analyze & Manage Deductions – Ensure accurate tracking, validation, and reconciliation of deductions while developing strategies to reduce outstanding balances.🔹 Be a Key Liaison – Collaborate with internal audit, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive process improvements.🔹 Drive Innovation – Play a pivotal role in ERP system implementation (D365) and cross-functional collaboration.
