✔ 6+ years of HR experience in talent strategy, compliance, and employee relations✔ Strong knowledge of employment law & workforce planning✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills✔ Experience with HRIS platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred)✔ Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office)
✅ CHRP certification✅ Experience in fast-growing or startup environments✅ Proven ability to manage HR in a scaling business
