Of Counsel – Litigation
Location: San Diego, CA (also open to Torrance or Downtown Los Angeles)
Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their litigation team in San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with a background in complex civil and commercial litigation to join a dynamic and growing practice.
Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in California (in good standing).

8+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation, class actions, and products liability matters at a mid-size or large law firm.
- Proven ability to draft pleadings, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, and oversee case management.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, with strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including products liability defense (particularly under the Song-Beverly Act), class actions, and other sophisticated disputes.
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of trial lawyers and litigators experienced in state and federal court proceedings.
- Provide strategic counsel and deliver innovative, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Engage in all phases of litigation, from case assessment through trial and resolution.
