Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with full-cycle recruiting including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Support the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing employees.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Help administer company benefits programs (enrollment, changes, questions).
Assist with employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, surveys, and events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies through documentation, audits, and training reminders.
Support performance management processes by coordinating review schedules and tracking completions.
Assist with the development and updating of HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures.
Help organize HR reports and analytics (turnover, headcount, etc.) for leadership review.
Other duties as assigned to support the HR and Operations teams.
