Temporary Probate Paralegal Columbus, OH | Full-Time Contract | Legal Services

We’re partnering with a well-established law firm in Columbus to bring on an experienced temporary probate paralegal.  If you have a background in trusts and estates, probate, or litigation and you're ready to make an immediate impact—this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist attorneys with trust and probate administration, including asset collection and distributions

• Draft and electronically file probate pleadings, accountings, and related legal documents

• Stay on top of deadlines and prioritize case-related tasks effectively

• Accurately review, correct, and enter time entries

• Help maintain confidentiality and organization across all matters

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting attorneys in a paralegal capacity, ideally with exposure to probate, estate planning, or litigation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and focused in a high-volume environment

• Formal training in paralegal studies or equivalent legal education preferred
