Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician (BT or RBT), you will work directly with  children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the patients’ homes, schools and community settings. If you aren’t already certified, you will receive free training to become a Registered Behavior Technician! If you are already certified, there are full time hours available to you! 

Registered Behavior Technician Duties

• Travel to client’s homes, schools or other community settings and execute treatment plans provided by clinical supervisors
• Follow programs and teaching plans
• Document therapy sessions into the electronic health record system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree, or enrolled in a program
• Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services Majors preferred
• One year experience working with children or teens
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• No sanctions or disciplinary actions taken against license/certification 
• No medicaid sanctions 
• Must pass all clearances 
• Vaccinated against COVID-19
