Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.

  • Support patients and their families with emotional and educational support regarding health conditions.

Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program and relevant nursing education.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as needed.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
