Job Title: Network Engineer (Hybrid Remote)

Locations: Louisville, KY; Allentown, PA; Providence, RI

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our IT IO Data Networking team. This role involves providing technical and compliance support for our enterprise network environment. The position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement with on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT IO Data Networking team to support enterprise network operations.
• Provide technical support for cloud networks (Azure or AWS).
• Manage and troubleshoot routing and switching in a medium to large enterprise network environment (Cisco).
• Implement and maintain routing and switching protocols.
• Participate in on-call duties as required (schedule details to be provided).

Qualifications:

• Required Skills:

  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud networks.
  • Proficient in routing and switching within a medium to large enterprise network (Cisco).
  • Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Cisco Firepower.
  • SD-WAN.
  • Cisco DNA Center.
  • Cisco ISE.
  • Cisco Wireless.
  • Palo Alto.

• Education & Experience:

  • Degree in IT with 4-6+ years of network enterprise experience, or 8+ years of network enterprise experience without a degree.

• Additional Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Experience with Data Center Switching (Cisco ACI is a plus).
  • Firewall experience (Cisco FTD/Palo Alto Enterprise).
  • Knowledge of BGP and cloud integrations (Azure or AWS).
