Job Title: Low Voltage Cable Technician

Location: City of Vancouver and surrounding areas

Schedule: Project-based, including office moves in August and September

Key Responsibilities:

• Cabling Installation: Install and terminate various low voltage cables, including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cables, ensuring proper connectivity and performance.
• System Integration: Integrate and set up low voltage systems such as security cameras, access control systems, and audio-visual equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to low voltage systems, including network and communication problems.
• Reading Blueprints: Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and system integration.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices during installations to ensure safe and compliant work environments.
• Tools Proficiency: Utilize specialized tools and equipment for low voltage cabling tasks effectively and efficiently.
