• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in optimizing processes.
• Provide expert analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on program effectiveness.
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Plan and lead major technology assignments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts and project team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Senior, with a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 6 - 8 years of experience in management analysis or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and lead major projects, including evaluating performance and recommending strategic changes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to function as a technical expert and supervise others.
