With continued investment in people, equipment, and process innovation, they are expanding their maintenance team and seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help ensure reliable operations across their modern manufacturing facility.
This role offers multiple shift options to suit different schedules. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of production and support equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The role also involves supporting new equipment installations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize uptime and efficiency across the facility.
Essential Function
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across a range of industrial equipment supporting mold design, construction, and production engineering operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in production and support areas with minimal supervisions.
- Use Maximo CMMS to log all maintenance tasks, parts usage, inspections, and improvement activities accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service—to resolve equipment-related challenges that impact production or customer delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, parts procurement, and project-related upgrades, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Support facility infrastructure by maintaining utilities, lighting, compressed air systems, and safety mechanisms critical to plant operations.
- Assist Engineering and Production teams with process improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and implementation of new tooling or automation.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous improvement using PDCA, focusing on reducing downtime and enhancing system reliability.
- Participate in equipment installations and the setup of new production lines or technologies, including programming or adjusting PLC systems, vision systems, and automation tools.

Maintain the maintenance area per 2S/3D standards, attend mandatory training sessions (on- or off-site), and initiate deviations to drive compliance and innovation.

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 Per Hour – Negotiable on Experience
Shift: First Shift (7.00 am – 3.00 pm Monday – Friday)
