Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in employment law and business law, with the ability to independently manage a full caseload from complaint through trial.

Job Description

  • Manage a full caseload of employment and business litigation matters with minimal oversight.
  • Handle all phases of employment litigation, from initial complaint through trial.
  • Provide proactive advice and counsel to business clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related materials.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and practical guidance.
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team of attorneys who value communication, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Support business clients with long-term compliance strategies and legal solutions that align with their goals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of employment law and business law experience.
  • Strong litigation experience, including full case ownership through trial.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage caseloads.
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills.
  • California Bar license required.
  • Ability to work hybrid with periodic in-office presence.
